Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about BridgeCall.

BridgeCall is a pure digital communication platform that uses nicknames instead of phone numbers. You can send private messages and audio messages, manage contacts, and post to public walls — all without sharing any personal information like phone numbers or location.
Yes, BridgeCall is completely free to use. There are no premium tiers, no hidden fees, and no ads. We believe communication should be accessible to everyone.
You can search for people by their exact nickname. There is no auto-discovery, no "people you may know" suggestions, and no contact list scanning. You need to know someone's nickname to connect with them.
Just a unique nickname, a password, and your date of birth (for age verification — you must be at least 13). No email, no phone number, no real name required.
BridgeCall lets you connect with others through text messages and audio messages. Simply find someone by their nickname and start a conversation. You can send text messages up to 800 characters or record audio messages up to 5 minutes long — all from your browser.
Yes. All private messages are encrypted. Text messages have a limit of 800 characters, and audio messages can be up to 5 minutes. We cannot read your conversations.
The Public Wall is a space on each user's profile where anyone can post messages (up to 500 characters). All wall posts go through a profanity filter. Profile owners can delete posts from their wall.
You can set your weekly availability schedule with specific time slots. BridgeCall detects your timezone and automatically converts your availability to the visitor's local timezone, so people always know when you're available to connect.
We store your nickname, hashed password, age, profile picture (if uploaded), availability schedule, contacts, messages, and wall posts. We do NOT store phone numbers, email addresses, location data, device information, or any tracking identifiers.
You can stop using BridgeCall at any time. Your data stays private and secure. We respect your right to disconnect.
